Facebook is getting a big shake-up. Out are the old, familiar profile pages, coming in are picture-laden, info-packed pages called Timelines. These present a chronological list of everything you’ve ever done on Facebook, ensuring all your old status updates and photos are preserved forever.
And it’s coming soon. Very soon. Timeline has been opt in thus far, but Facebook has now announced on its blog that – love it or hate it – everyone’s profiles will be switched over in the next few weeks.
