HELP could be on hand for new mothers in need of advice or a chuckle thanks to a new book Diary of a Sleep Deprived Mum by a former Great Missenden resident.
Writer Claire Evans has penned a book in a bid to aid, entertain and educate new mothers who are suffering from sleep deprivation.
Mrs Evans left the village in 1992 to move to the West Midlands but first got her love of creative writing when she attended The Misbourne School.
Now almost 20 years on, the 38 year old has penned her first book about her experiences of the daunting task of raising a child.
Diary of a Sleep-Deprived Mum is said to be full of anecdotes, quotes, advice and tips to help new parents get more sleep.
